Marketplace Coaching: The Ministry of Marketplace Leadership
We are in a time, now more than ever, where masterclasses have become the qualifier for insight and guidance on how to operate and lead in the marketplace. Yet, business owners and leaders are finding themselves void of the true principles for sustainable and effective operations, and Christians who are called by God to lead are facing a crossroads of whether to, and how to rise up and be a light in the darkness of uncertainty and confusion. During this workshop, the Ministry of Marketplace Leadership is discussed, highlighting the biblical principles and truth about God’s divinely strategic positioning Christians in business to have influence, give solutions, and minister godly standards to the kings (Business Owners, Managers) as did Joseph and Daniel. Regardless of your job title, you as a Christian are trusted by God to be a minister of righteousness in your marketplace as a leader.

Churches Together: Enriching Unity by Cultivating Collective Trust
We know from Jesus’ prayer in John 17 that unity deepens our worship and amplifies our witness, but we often lack accessible strategies for developing unity between congregations in our city contexts. Finding ways to deepen trust is essential to see such unity grow. Based on research done with churches engaged in cross-denominational relationships, this session will highlight boundary spanning strategies for developing more robust trust between congregations. We will learn how such trust forms, starting with inter-personal trust between leaders and growing into a trust embedded in the culture of our congregations.
